To Fadha Shinewi
From Philip Virgo, as acting multi-scheme administrator for St Martins Ward
Thank you for following up on our conversation at the Digital Horizons meeting and volunteering to create a St Faiths Neighbourhood Watch group. I have taken the liberty of redrawing the boundary to cover just St Faiths Road because I am hoping we will have a separate group covering the other side of the railway tracks.
As yet no one else in the street has shown interest in joining Neighbourhood Watch although, as I mentioned I plan to approach those who I know live on the street and may join. Do you have any neighbours in mind to invite?
The next meeting of the St Martins / Tulse Hill Safer Neighbourhood Panel is on 27th November and I will shortly send you a calling notice and invitation. In the meantime I will copy this to the local police team (including PCSO Lewis Middleton who is likely to be your main contact) and to the the chair of the Safer Neighbourhood Panel (Terry Curtis) and let them know that I have approved the Group with you are co-ordinator.
Do you have all you need to know about creating a group?
If not , I believe that as soon as I have approvedf the Group, you will receive an e-mail with details of the Knowledge Hub , your bespoke guide to be better equipped to carry out your important role.

What our volunteers say about the Knowledge Hub
How to sign up to the Knowledge HubWe would like to invite you to join the hub and you can do this by clicking HERE. However, if you have already joined the Hub you won't have to do it again.
This will take you to the registration form for you to complete. We will process this for you and get you up and running on the Hub as quickly as possible. You will receive a log in email from myhubintranet.com with your username and link to change your password.
If you have any queries, please contact us at volunteer@ourwatchmember.org.uk.
